Hello. My name is Regina. For close to nine months, I have been sending out notes of encouragement to my friends and family. I had literally been bombarded with every, joke, scam, news event…..etc….. etc. One thing that was lacking was God’s Word. Just like our physical body needs to be fed, so does our spirit. Experts say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day… your fuel. I like to think of these thoughts as “Morning Soul Food“… nourishment for the soul.  I am an encourager and a worshipper, and I love Jesus.  I pray that something is said, that will encourage your heart, strengthen your faith and make you smile.
