Good Morning Beloved,
Happy Monday! A desire for Justice… one of the many traits we inherited from our heavenly Father. We become frustrated, and some have lost hope because of feelings of injustice. I don’t think we realize how much God hates injustice. In the end the ‘scales’ will be balanced. No matter what it looks like from our perspective, no one ‘gets away’ with anything. I was frustrated by a situation, where someone, (I feel) duped a friend out of their hard-earned money. I never felt ‘right’ about this venture, but they believed this deal was God-sent, and I left it alone. Nearly one year later, they have virtually nothing to show for their investment (they were promised fantastic results, and the product was supposed to ‘sell itself’). What angered me was that those who approached my friends, were people they trusted. People they believe (to this day) are looking out for their best interest. The weights will be balanced. People all around us are eaten up with bitterness over something someone has done to them or someone they love. They spend their lives in turmoil over the wrong, and feeling angry and helpless to make it right. We are presented with two choices… cast that care to God and trust that He will handle it, or keep it and let it destroy us, make us miserable and possibly miss what God has for us. Someone once said that unforgiveness is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die. Remember the Serenity Prayer:
God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I can not change Courage to change the things I can and Wisdom to know the difference.
Contrary to popular belief…. that is not a scripture from the bible …………..”Heaven Knows”
